Their objective for this project has been to drive highly qualified and geo-targeted sales leads for its industrial projects and warehouses across Australia and Europe, especially the main European industrial hubs of Germany and The Netherlands.
To do this, they needed to boost brand awareness and drive more traffic to project-specific web pages for projects like The Yards industrial precinct in Western Sydney and Eastern Creek Business Park in Eastern Creek, NSW.
It was the first time Frasers each industrial properties had its own dedicated page. Therefore, we suggested an approach that used search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimisation (SEO) to ensure maximum online visibility.
On the SEM side, our campaigns use a curated list of generic search terms like industrial property, factory unit and logistics park depending on the property being advertised, then combine these with brand and competitive terms as well as appropriate location-based terms
Throughout the campaign, we have continually optimised the campaigns to drive ROI, by adjusting location-based keywords and bids for different locations.
On the SEO side, we deploy both on-page and off-page optimisation strategies. On-page optimisation efforts include improving title tags, meta descriptions and keywords; while off-page efforts include blogger outreach and link acquisition.
