Warren has been involved in the digital space for over 20 years and has been actively involved in taking several companies to float. He has setup and sold several digital agencies over the years most recently Blackglass and Gruden.
Warren has a BSC from UNSW and a MBA from UWA. Warren’s key area of focus is developing online strategies for companies but also working with them on developing ways to commercialise and monetise their digital footprint.
Recently returning home from 16 years on the Eastern Seaboard, Warren leads the business development of new clients for CHOOSE Digital – a strategic growth area for the company. Warren’s role is nationwide, supported by strong networks developed over the years who specialise in core areas of digital and mobile products and services. With his experience in multiple marketing agencies, as well as being the founder of Blackglass (what is now Gruden’s Performance Marketing arm), Warren leads all new client engagements from a strategic point of view. Understanding the clients’ commercial needs and gathering the key requirements, Warren and his team develop tailored digital solutions that offer commercial results and strong returns (ROI).
Over his journey to date, Warren has worked with very high-profile clients including Telstra, AFL, CUB, Betta, Sydney Airports, Adelaide Airports, Curves Gym, Shop a Docket, Sealink and The Agency to name a few.
He is a firm believer in achieving the best ROI for his clients through sound digital marketing, data analytics and utilising the best possible tools and talent to do the job properly.
Gary has been in the digital space for over 20 years, working as a Digital Creative Director for various organisations in that time. He has a real passion for digital communication and marketing, utilising the latest tools and strategies to ensure the best possible outcome and ROI are achieved.
Over his career he has worked with such brands as Telstra, Clough, Communicare, MyFiziq, RosterElf, CUB, AFL, The Agency Partners, The ABN Group, Webb & Browne-Neaves, Dale Alcock Homes, Celebration Homes, as well as various publicly listed companies. He has delivered on various digital strategies from Websites, EDM Campaigns, Banner Campaigns, SEO, SEM and Social Media. His ability to fully understand the brand and brand values of a client has seen these strategies reach their full potential in the online medium.
His strengths lie in a solid UX / UI understanding. He designs a LOOK by understanding how a BRAND can best utilise TECHNOLOGY. How that TECHNOLOGY FEELS is defined by a strong digital STRATEGY and UX. Based on that STRATEGY and UX we develop CONTENT to support the BRAND message and goals.

Gary has also won various industry recognised awards in the past 20 years for his creative work for brands such as Alinta Gas, Telstra, The Art Gallery of WA, Evans & Tate Winery, Red Cross, Palandri Wines, The Vines and Cadburys.
When he’s done creating for the day, you’ll find Gary enjoying a nice glass of red or strumming his collection of guitars.
With a BComm and MBA from UWA Colby has been involved in the digital space for around 20 years as agency owner, manager and technical lead.
As a highly experienced coder and with Masters-level qualifications in marketing Colby’s experience and credentials span the technical and strategic elements of any project.
Colby’s role at Choose Digital is to ensure the brief is clearly understood from a technical and commercial perspective and is then delivered. Colby also works closely with the development team to ensure existing applications under our management delivers the performance, security and scalability required.

Mike Bullen is a digital marketing consultant, digital revenue coach, growth hacker and serial inventor/entrepreneur who combines a solid digital background with the technical know-how to deliver real results.
Over the last 18 years, Mike has worked with a range of private, public and government clients such as AHG Ltd, Water Corporation, BankWest, Tourism WA and Perth’s original incubator for digital talent, adultshop.com.
With a passion for the Perth start-up scene, Mike usually has a project or two of his own on the side, where he hones his results-driven approach. His latest ventures include a Social Network for Golfers GetInTheHole.Golf and an auction-based Competition Club, WinBig.com.au.

I began my career managing through the line media for top agencies in Brazil, and has seen me transition into not just new fields, but new countries. Working in Sydney and now here in Perth, I specialise in business strategy and marketing consulting for both B2B and B2C clients.
Although I have more than 15 years’ experience in delivering integrated campaigns for local and global brands, I make it a point to stay on top of the ever-changing digital landscape. My international experience has also provided me with an in-depth knowledge of the consumer journey, and as it has evolved, so has my knowledge in deploying successful campaigns.
